How it works If you select the proof required option

1. Let us know the text you would like over the print. choose your text style and text colour. If you do not choose a text colour we will create it in pink as shown in our photos.
2. We'll curate a vintage map of your specified location from our extensive archive of high-quality vintage maps.
3. We creatively incorporate your text and specific requests into the artwork, arranging them in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
4. We will email you digital proofs of your print for you to review and let us know if any edits need to be made before you approve of your design. Revisions are unlimited and totally free of charge.
5. Once you approve of your artwork, we'll lovingly print and package your special, one-of-a-kind artwork, sending it on its merry way to you or someone lucky enough to be your gift recipient!

If you do not reply to our proof within 7 days. We will assume you are happy with the print and approve your artwork and ship your order.

We offer framing on all of our prints. Our frames are crafted from sustainably sourced wood and delivered ready to hang on your walls.

We source original maps dating from 1900 to 1990 to achieve an authentic retro aesthetic. These vintage maps offer a richness and character that modern cartography simply can’t replicate, giving each print a unique charm and timeless appeal.

We're happy to make unlimited tweaks to your personalised art, all included in the original price. We'll work on your art as soon as we can, but please allow 24 hours for each round of revisions.

We're usually out of the office on weekends, so please don't count those days towards our turnaround time.

If we don't hear back from you within 7 days, we'll assume you're happy with the art as is and we'll ship it out to you.

We will email you a proof within 1 business day of you placing your order (mon-fri) if you approve your order before 1pm we will ship your order on the same day.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, Order before 1pm for same day dispatch.

UK Shipping

For prints we estimate 1-2 business days.

For framed prints we estimate 2-5 Business days.

We use Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or Fedex for UK deliveries. Small items are usually sent by Royal Mail or Evri. Large items are usually shipped by DPD or Fedex.

Tracking numbers will be provided when dispatched.

International Shipping

We estimate 2-5 business days for prints and framed prints to be delivered to the USA, Australia, New Zealand and the EU.

We estimate 3-7 business days for prints and framed prints delivered to Ireland, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, India, China, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Malta, Cyprus, Czechia.

Tracking numbers will be provided when dispatched.

Personalised Prints
For personalised prints (if requested) we will send you a proof within 1 business day (Monday-Friday) If you approve your proof by 1pm we will ship your order same day.

At Popartmaps.com, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right for you.

We offer a no questions asked 30 day return policy so no matter what your reason for returning your item we will always accept you return request.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Refunds are not accepted for personalised items. We will only accept refunds if we have not begun the design process for your personalised item. If you order a personalised item and it arrives damaged we will send you a replacement.

We do not accept cancellations or refunds for framed prints or personalised prints as the production costs are too high for us to create your order.

If your order arrives damaged we will send a replacement all we ask is that you provide a photo of the damaged item and also a photo of the packaging with the shipping label.

Our prints are supplied in the exact dimensions listed, making them easy to frame at home. When choosing a frame—online or in-store you will need to find frames that fit the print size that you have ordered from our store.

Small prints are sent flat to avoid creasing. Larger prints will be sent rolled in tubes.

Framed prints are sent in boxes and are well protected. The corners of the frames will also come with corner protectors. To help avoid damages in transit.

• Frame is not included if you select the unframed/print only option.
• Colours displayed on your monitor may be slightly different to the printed piece of artwork.
